Terms of Service

Digital Product Oracle (the “Service”) is an AI-assisted brand and product strategy system operated by Digital Product Oracle (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, signing in, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

You need an account to access paid deliverables and the Oracle Companion Workspace. You're responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your login safe and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Our products are digital deliverables generated for you with AI:

• Brand Compass ($27) — a personalized takeaway report based on a short intake.
• Identity Blueprint ($197) — 8 strategic deliverables built from a 10-question intake.
• Empire Blueprint ($447) — 9 deliverables building on your Identity Blueprint.
• Full System Bundle ($547) — all of the above plus the Oracle Companion Workspace.

Empire Blueprint and the Companion require Identity Blueprint (or the Bundle).

On payment, you get a lifetime, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use your personalized deliverables for your own creative and commercial work. You may not resell, re-publish, or redistribute the deliverables themselves, or use them to train competing AI systems.

Deliverables are produced by large language models acting on the information you provide. They are written to be useful and grounded, but they are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You're responsible for what you do with them.

Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD. All sales are final — see the Refund Policy for details. By purchasing, you authorize the charge and agree to that policy.

Don't use the Service to generate or distribute illegal content, harass anyone, attempt to break or probe the system, or build something that competes with the Service by scraping our outputs.

We work to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee uptime. We may update, change, or retire features at any time, with reasonable notice for paid features you've already unlocked.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Lifetime licenses for properly purchased deliverables survive termination unless the termination was for fraud or chargeback abuse.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
