Refund Policy

Digital Product Oracle sells personalized digital deliverables. Once a deliverable is generated, you have immediate access to it in full. Because of this, we do not offer refunds. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are paying for a one-time digital product and that all sales are final.

Each product triggers real AI compute and produces a personalized asset tailored to your intake answers. That asset is delivered to you instantly and cannot be "returned." We make this clear before every purchase, and by completing checkout you agree to this policy.

If a deliverable was produced incorrectly due to a technical fault on our end (e.g. generation failed or produced corrupted output), we will re-run it for free at your request. If a re-run is not possible, we will issue a refund at our discretion. Contact hello@digitalproductoracle.com.

If you have a problem, please email us first. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of access to all deliverables.
